I used to be just like you
Obsessed with Instagram, reliant on a single social media platform to make or break my business (and my mood!), and feeling stuck in a never ending cycle of content creation.
That was until disaster struck and Instagram disabled my account on day one of my course launch 😱
As well as being highly embarrassed - I mean, an Instagram coach, launching an Instagram course, without an Instagram account?! - it was a HUGE wake up call that I had indeed been putting all my marketing eggs in one virtual basket.
These days things are different. While I still love Instagram (despite them doing me dirty!), I have diversified my online marketing - with a greater focus on platforms that I can control, such as my website, email list, and, most recently, my podcast and on activities that make money.

- You'll be asked to complete the online application form so I can determine if I am the right person to you achieve your goals.
- Next, we’ll have a short exploratory meeting to discuss your current marketing activities and you can decide if we're a good fit and if you wish to go ahead.
Once you're happy to proceed:
- We'll begin with a kickoff call to chat about the areas you want to focus on during our time together and your goals for the next 3 months.
- From this conversation, a tailored coaching plan will be developed for you with recommendations, strategies and ideas for you to implement during our time together.
Then the fun begins!
- We'll meet every 2 weeks to work through the strategies outlined in your plan, review your progress and talk about how to implement the next steps.
- You'll be assigned "homework" between sessions so you can keep making progress and you'll have me 'on-call' should you have any questions along the way.
- A follow up call will be scheduled 6-8 weeks after the final session to review your progress and discuss next steps.
You'll receive:
- Fortnightly coaching with Kryshla (6 sessions in total) plus a follow-up call;
- A strategic coaching plan designed with your business goals, experience and technical skills in mind;
- Direct access via private chat to ask questions and get help between sessions;
- Session recordings plus my notes and any templates or online resources, as required.

- You refuse to show your face on camera. As a service-provider, you cannot hide behind your product - you ARE the product!
- You are looking for a quick fix or you aren't willing to try new things. This is for motivated action-takers only
- You do not have creative control over your own marketing, offers and branding. If you're a network marketer/direct seller/MLM etc. who doesn't have their own website or email list, this isn't for you.

While you will receive guidance and support every step of the way, ultimately, your progress will depend on your willingness to take action and implement what you learn.
Success requires commitment, dedication, and a willingness to try new things. Clients are expected to show up ready to do the work and implement the strategies provided.
